Introductory DVD allergy training pack for food handlers. Awarded a Certificate of Quality and Merit from the Royal Society of Public Health and Best New Product of 2006 by the Society of Food Hygiene & Technology. Aimed at people preparing and serving foods in retail and catering premises.
The pack comprises of: tutor's notes and 5 delegates' cards with key issues and multiple choice assessment quiz, one DVD, 23 minutes in two parts: 17 minutes film and a 6 minute review of Key Learning Points.
The training pack was developed by Dr Lisa Ackerley ( Hygiene Audit Systems ), Hazel Gowland ( Allergy Action ) and Dr Ian Leitch ( Allergy Audit ).
